Hello,
My friend and I use TeamViewer. We both just use the personal free version. We have used this for many years. She had a Windows 7 PC up until 2 weeks ago when I helped her buy an Alienware Aurora. When on her Win 7 machine, when I would be remote into her pc and I would scroll a screen, in Chrome for example, it would take a while to update before I saw the screen I was scrolling to. Since we both have 600 Mbps+ connections, I assumed it was because of her archaic PC. However, now that we are on her Aurora, it still does not scroll smoothly. It will take a few seconds, if not longer, before I see that the page has scrolled down for me, or it will take a few seconds for the button I clicked on to react.
As I said, we both have great connections, 32 GB RAM, and very good Nvidia RTX 4xxx video cards. I'm not sure why there is any lag.
Like I said I have used TeamViewer for many years and never had these issues. I would be in one state and remote back to my desktop and scroll around like I was on my desktop in person. So I am lost as to why we are experiencing this.
What can I check/do? It gets very frustrating waiting for screens to load.
TIA, Jared
