To avoid the need to insert ID and password each time you need to connect to your home device, you should set up a Host module, which is especially designed to permit unattended access, which means no ID or Password needed. For details, please click here.
However, we notice you mention that your computer is in sleep mode, so the best way to proceed in order to connect with the Host is to wake the computer up.
