email address is already in use
Hello
I created an accound for one of my users. Then I suppressed this user.
The user erased his email confirmation.
The user don't show up anymore in the list of accounts (and it makes sense).
Now I want to recreate it, but says the email address is already used.
I tried to go in the "add an existing account" (https://login.teamviewer.com/cmd/joincompany) and it says I cant add a company.

Can the user go to https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn and click I forgot my password? I think this will send a temporary password to the user. If he can log in, he should be able to join the company again.
I don't work for TeamViewer. I'm just a user.6

it worked just fine. The only thing that was not clear in my opinion, was that it's the user that needs to click the link not the administrator.
