Last year, I decided to do the right things and pay for TeamViewer. I am a single trader and used it around a dozen times, having paid £450 for a year. This does not make sense, so I was not going to renew. I received an invoice from TeamViewer and immediately contacted them, asking to cancel. No, I was told you must give 28 days notice prior to the end of the 12 month contract. I contact support and customer service.
They offered absolutely no good will or help. They wouldn't even allow me to downgrade. I am not using teamViewer [removed per Community Guidelines]
TeamViewer is great for big corporates but I would steer well clear of them as a small business. Very expensive and no concept of customer service.
