Can't migrate

There is a single computer that I manage for my elderly mother, and despite installing the latest iOS version, it is still listed on my console as not migrated despite multiple attempts, both automatic and manual, even though it is definitely online and connected.

1 devices didn't migrate yet.

Please make sure these devices are online so that the migration can be completed.

To get started, could you please check whether TeamViewer is up to date on both the local side (the device you're connecting from) and the remote side (the device you're connecting to)?
To check for updates, go to the Help menu and select Check for new version. If an update is available, you’ll be prompted to install it.

What is the operating system and TeamViewer module of the device you are trying to migrate to?
