Hello.When I try to install the program, the installer window pops up, 
but nothing is visible.I don't know what to click.

The screenshot isn't necessary because I described the problem—there's nothing in the window, just a blank white box, nothing to select.I've already solved it. Using the older version (14) and updating to the new one helped.Thank you...

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the TeamViewer installer when it stopped, please? At the same time, can you check the operating system of the device you tried to run the installation too?

Perhaps one more check on your device, run a search for TeamViewer and see if the TeamViewer application has been installed but is not showing.
