I have been using TV for years to assist my elderly parents with their computer issues and to remotely check my mother's heart monitor. Occasionally, I may use it to access my home computer from my laptop if I travel. I am now (again) being accused of using free TV access for commercial purposes and being kicked out. This happens frequently. In the past, I have been able to explain the above and they have restored my access. Now, for the past two months, I can't access it and they continue to cite the above reason. I have sent them messages expaining this several times with no response. What can be done?
