I have been trying all day to work on a Windows 10 PC, using TeamViewer Business, and have failed miserably.
I get the Windows sign-on screen and when I enter the password I see the desktop, as normal. However, I can move my mouse around the desktop, but it doesn't allow me to do anything.
A colleague has re-booted the PC at the other end and I have re-booted mine as well, multiple times. I have been using TeamViewer for years and it has worked quite happily.
I get the same problem when I use my desktop version and the web version of TeamViewer.
Can anyone please help?
I'm using the latest version of TeamViewer.
