Team Viewer for Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6

Hope this is the correct area to post this message.

As indicated above I'm using a no longer a supported Mac OS due being unable to upgrade my computer financially. I also have an older family member who is also running the same OS who is also unable upgrade his computer. Quite sometime ago due to the outdated version of both Team Viewer and OS Team version of Viewer we had installed is no longer able to be used and receiving the update message pop-up. Since my family member is elderly he has difficulty with computers tasks which I'm unable to help since I am no longer able to remote into his computer to help him resolve problems remotely with his computer.

Is there a legacy version of Team View Remote we can both install and utilize for me to be able to periodically remotely assist him even though the Team Viewer updates will not be available for a legacy version? Any help would be greatly appreciated for a link to download and install a usable version we can run on MAC OS High Sierra 10.13.6

👉If you hold a legacy license, the TeamViewer application version should always match the license version. For example, TeamViewer v14 license users should run TeamViewer v14 on macOS 10.13. The previous version of TeamViewer can be downloaded from here.

📌If you are a free user, we encourage the free users to download and use the latest supported version of TeamViewer, which in this case is v15.2 on macOS 10.13. Another workaround we could try to stop the version update check is to change the Update setting under Advanced on both macOS devices.

Would you mind trying again by looking up the setting on TeamViewer, please? At the same time, please understand that TeamViewer stopped the update and fix on the particular OS as per the communication in the article and the macOS announcement, and v15.2 is the last supported version on macOS 10.13.

wh where am i able to download the indicated Teamviewer 12–15.2 for Mac OS High Sierra. I do not know what the (12) indicates in the listed version but the version 15.2 does not connect and receive's the upgrade message pop up.

Both devices are Macbook Pro Early 2011 running Mac OS 10.13.6

I notice on the Supported Operating Systems for TeamViewer page showing the non-supported version for macOS 10.13 (Highsierra) is 12-15.2 as shown below. We have both also downloaded version 12 Current version: 12.0.259192 This version encounters the same problem. When I attempt to update this version it automatically shows to update to the latest version.

Hi Ying_Q

Previous the posting of my question I had review the sunsetting , downloaded and installed 15.2.2756 on both Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6. After entering the Partner ID and clicking connect. I receive a popup window unable to connect. The body of the popup indicates unknown reason. Behind this popup is the popup shown below. So, I do not know why we're unable to connect both computers. Hopefully, there is a solution.

TeamViewer has sunsetted active support of macOS High Sierra, and the last compatible version is v15.2. We have prepared the announcement, and the download link for v15.2 is available in the announcement below:

Can you try to download v15.2 and see if it runs on your macOS device?
