Yesterday i ordered the teamviewer remote access and I received a confirmation email for the order. I have to click to confirm the account, but nothing happens. I also don't see a subscription in the customer portal.

Could you please log in to your TeamViewer account to check if your Remote Access (RA) license is properly attached? Please refer to the following post for instructions:
