Even though my annual subscription is fully paid and valid its not showing when I log in to my TeamViewer it says "Free" obviously I cant create a support Ticket to get a help from support team.

When you purchased your license, did you activate it on one of your TeamViewer accounts? If not, please follow the instructions in the article and select the appropriate license type to complete the activation: License Activation Guides - Overview
If you've previously activated your account, is it possible that you have two TeamViewer accounts?Please double-check which email address is linked to your active licensed account, and try logging in with the correct credentials.
