Trying to fill out Reset Managment form, it rejects the Device ID as being wrong format

Well, the title says it all. After using TV for a number of years for personal uses, it has suddenly decided I am using it for commercial purposes. I have been advised to fill out the Reset Management form. In doing so it is rejecting the device ID I am providing for the devices I am using as being in the wrong format. In my list of devices I connect too, the TEAMVIEWER ID is 3 groups of 3 numbers - such as 123 456 789. Since the form is rejecting that, what should I be using?

Never mind, I solved it. you do not have the spaces between the 3 groups of 3 numbers. so 123 456 789 becomes 123456789
