I have TeamViewer from QNAP store installed on the machine, and I have assigned the device to my account. However when I tried to connect the device, it asked me for a password, which I dont have. I have another QNAP NAS with TeamViewer installed (same version for firmware and app), and when I connect to that one remotely it does not ask for password at all. How should I resolve this?
