TW automatically connects to remote computer on start

Hi.

After starting the TW / reconnecting to network after sleep, my TW automatically connects to one of the remote computers, where I have connected last week. This computer is not even saved in my TW Contacts. Why is this happening? Please, what can I do to disable this behavior?

We understand your issue. There are couple of steps we can take to resolve it:

You can try clearing out your recent connections. Here is how:

1. Go to Devices.
2. In the Recent connections list, click on the 3 dots button on the right side of the line.
3. Choose Delete.

Additionally, we can set up the time-out feature for your inactive sessions:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Continue with Advanced Settings.
3. Scroll down to Advanced settings for connections to other computers.
4. Set the timeout to a short one.

Optionally, you can also lock your remote computer by choosing Always from the dropdown menu.
