My Account disappeared
I had a perfectly good teamviewer account, using the free version for remote access. I tried using the account today, and I got a message that there is no record of my email and password. So I clicked on reset password, but I got no email (none in spam either). this is the email address that I have been using, and where I have been receiving team viewer security messages.
To my knowledge, the last time I used my account for remote access was on September 12, 2017. I do not know how to read my log file, so I can not tell if somebody else accessed my account or computer. Since I am not using a paid license, I am limited in getting support. But I need someone to help me figure out what happened, and if there is any security threat to my computer.
