We are using TeamViewer 10 with a coporate license on several headless machines in the field. One site has recently started failing to connect.The system shows online in the TV Computers & Contacts, but when we try to establish a connection the status indicates Connecting to Partner, then Connecting... and then back to Readt - never gets to Authenticating.
How can we reset without having to send someone out to the site to reset the computer or restart TV?
