"I am not a robot" prompt even with two factor authentication?

Why is it that I am still having to deal with the extremely distracting, and annoying "I am not a robot" routine when I have enabled two factor authentication? Is ridiculous to have both enabled at once. I enabled it as I naturally assumed that it would replace the robot prompt. Does anyone know why?
