Outlook 2010 was working fine with Teamviewer 12. Today cannot enable add in

We disable it. In fact we disable most add-ins for Outlook. Dymo, CRMs, TeamViewer, various toolbars... They all cause a problem at some point and our users don't seem to miss the Outlook integration. We do keep our antivirus add-in active.
In Outlook (I'm running 2016) > File > Options > Add-ins > Go (at bottom next to COM add-ins) > uncheck any add-ins you don't want and restart Outlook.
