Hello I just updated Team viewer and now there is the letter "m" appears in the id box as the first number. I cannot erase it and I cannot sign in because of it.
Sounds like you are in the meeting mode rather than remote control. Just click on remote control to get back to normal.

The "m" that appears indicates that you are in the meeting section of the software, this only allows connections to meetings.
Please click on the "Remote Control" Tab and enter your device ID here to connect.
