Help needed

Hey. Iam trying to install team viewer on my laptop . While install before it gets to the end get a message saying the teamviewer service could jot be started . Then it finshes.

I try loading up the application then get a message saying

Windows cannot access the specifed device path or file, you may not have the appropraite permissions to access the item ?

Can anyone help please. Have tried unstalling and re installing

Ok thanks ill give that a shot .. any other ideas if that dosent work ?
