I'm running Fedora 37 Wayland TeamViewer15.38.3.

I have the same problem, Fedora Linux 37 (Workstation Edition) Wayland TeamViewer 15.40.8 (RPM)

I've always had this problem in the past too. My solution was to start an X server (not Wayland). There doesn't seem to be any problem here.
