Quick support


Let me ask you about Quick support.

I'm supporting a customer with Team viewer non-commercial edition. According to the customer's IT person, the company cannot allow to use the edition.

I think I can use Quick support. I mean I buy “Team viewer Business edition” for 1 user and then I install it and activate. And then I provide “Quick support” to the customer, and I connect to the customer’s site.

I think the above way does not break Team viewer’s policy and no problem on the customer side too. Because, I don’t use non-commercial edition and buy a proper license.


PS: There is no response though I put this and ask via Contact of Team viewer.
