Single target accessed from multiple accounts

Gents --

Is there a way to configure a target system so that it can be accessed from multiple TV accounts? I am customer that has multiple support organziations engaged. Each support organziation has its own TV account. Can the my target systems be configured to be accessible to each of the TV accounts for remote support?

Thanks for your posts and for joining our Community!

You can set up a target system to be accessed by multiple support orginizations.

If you have the target system set up for Unattended Access, you can set up multiple Unattended Passwords so each support orginization can log into the target system using their own unique password.

This can be done by following these steps:

Go into the Options on the target system.
Then go into Security.
Under the First heading "Personal Password for Unattended Access", if you already have a password set up you should see a link that says "Manage additional passwords".
Click on the link and you will see the option to add additional passwords for Unattended Access.
Once set up, each support orginization will be able to access the target system using the TeamViewer ID and their own password for Unattended Access.

There is no option to enter additional passwords on Mac OS. Is there some other way to do it?
