Can you change ownership on a custom module?

New to managing our TeamViewer deployment. We have a custom module that was set up by my assistant under his log-in. I want to make some changes but some of the elements indicate that they are restricted to the "owner" of the custom module. Is there any way to change the ownership? Or to share ownership?
