Lost 2Fa andrecovery code

Have lost 2FA since moving to a new phone, and cant find my recovery codes.

Tried getting support through the official teamviewer twitter, but since an initial response asking me to DM them have heard nothing, that was 3 weeks ago.

Have had to set up a seperate account just to login to the forums, would be great to get access to my account back..
