you are blacklisted or not whitelisted by this partner

I use Teamviewer to connect to my mother's computer whenever she needs help. Untill today I had  no problems. Today I got a message "you are blacklisted or not whitelisted by this partner". According to previous messages I checked the security options which are as follows:

 

checked box near 'allow easy access' (to me)

black and white configuration - "deny access..." is checked but nothing appears in the frame which should include the names.

Can I do anything without physicality accessing my mother's computer?

I would appreciate your help.

    Were you able to connect and view the settings of the remote computer?

    I don't work for TeamViewer. I'm just a user.

    I was able to connect and operate the computer including browsing and use windows. I am not sure what you mean by "view the setting"...
