if there is a probability to update specific groups from the tv management console

(from tv12 to tv13)

Thank you for your message.

The best solution here would be to work with policies. You can create a TeamViewer policy in the Management Console with the option "Install new versions automatically" - after choosing it, click on edit and activate "All updates (includes new major versions)"

You can now assign the policy to the devices which you want to have on TeamViewer 13
