Intrusion with Administrator Account

Yesterday evening I was not working on my computer but close to it

suddenly I saw strange movement on my computer

somedody was trying to make an order of more than 8000 Euros using my Paypal Account

I've seen the "Administrator name "conencted to my computer

I also had collected the LOG file

what can I do ?

At first I remove Teamviewer from my computer
