Different host version?

Hi,

I have TV12 installed on my PC and all the other PCs in my network has host version of TV installed. Recently I realized that some of them have been updated to 13.

I'm wondering if host version matters in terms of licence and EULA. Also, if so how do I bring it down to 12?

Version 13 is in beta. In the advanced options there are settings regarding updates. There is a checkbox to allow insider builds.

If you are running version 12, you will not be able to connect to a host running version 13. You can't connect to a newer version.

To go back to a lower version requires an uninstall and reinstall. There is an option during the uninstall that will allow you to keep your data (ID, passwords, settings).
