Just like Windows users, Mac users need the ability to convert recorded sessions from the TeamViewer format .tvs to more usable formats. This is a must-have and I'm really surprised it's not already a feature. *Especially* because:
a) the only means to navigate TeamViewer videos are the fast-forward or rewind buttons that can only jump 10 seconds per click (no hold/button-down option and no timeline either), which makes getting around a recording arduous and totally inefficient, and:
b) we can't share the recordings with anyone who doesn't have TeamViewer, making internal review with colleagues impossible.
Please address this asap.
