Just a quick question. For years, I have been using TeamViewer from my work PC to remote into my home PC (which is a Windows desktop).
I am now getting rid of my old desktop and purchased a windows laptop for use at home.
My question is, when I close my laptop, it essentially goes to "sleep". When that happens, I cannot remote into it from my work PC. Is that the way it's supposed to work? Do I have to keep my home laptop not just ON, but also OPEN (meaning "awake") in order to be able to remote into it? I guess I'm just not used to this because my desktop was either on or off - never asleep, so I never had this issue.
