Connection Error

Hello, I have an error and I don't know how to fix it.
I'm using a LG G5 to connect to my laptop, everything was working good when I was using T-mobile service network, but 2 days ago I went to Metropcs (another phone network company) amd now I can't connect to my laptop using mobile data.
So if I'm using a wifi connection in my android I am available to connect again to the laptop, so I'm pretty sure that my mobile data in my andorid is the problem, I tried reinstaled the app in the phone but it doesn't fix it.
