Team viewer host works on Raspberry NOOBS or RASBIAN?

Dear experts,

I am new to TV . i planned to install TV host into my Raspberry PI 3 . May i know the TV host can be installed at which OS ? NOOBS or RASBIAN? 

Either way, where can i get the complete guide to install TV host into my PI 3.
