Accessing Client Computers

I am having trouble accessing client computers using TeamViewer 12. But, when I used **bleep** or **bleep**, they are working ok. Any ideas to how to make TV work?

    in order to access client computer, you have to get  permission and credentials to log in it, you have to enter valid IP address of it.
