Customer installed TV 12, and ID pops up with 10 digits????
and using this 10 digit number does not give conection... What can be the cause?Greetings Klaas

I would like to give you an answer on this:
October, 27th 2015 marked a huge milestone in TeamViewer’s history: TeamViewer has been activated on more than 1,000,000,000 devices worldwide. This causes, that more and more devices are getting a 10 digit TeamViewer ID.

And regarding the connection:
What happened exactly? Did you get an error message?

when using the 10 digits it says try to connect, and then after a 20 seconds say TV is not active on other side.
No connection possible. But on side itself it said nothing, only that Teamviewer was online...

Do you have the latest version of TeamViewer 12 (v12.0.72365) on both computers?

yes version are the same and 12.0.72365 (client instaklled only a few minutes before calling me, I have 12 allready for a few week now)
