Existing license suddenly not recognised AGAIN

Every few months this happens with Team Viewer. Our existing paid for license is suddenly not recognised and we have no access to our client servers. No response from support ticket. No service "Status" shown anywhere. Is this a service problem?

Is TV only supported 9-5, business days?
