User permission
Is there a user permission settings in Teamviewer. Where if you want to connect to their machine if you are not the owner of the machine then they must click in allow admin to connect or decline.

Yes, TeamViewer has user permission in the options. We called this our "Access Control".
You could set this for incoming and outgoing connections.
Open the TeamViewer and click on (Example for the Fullversion):Extras -> Options -> Advanced -> Show advanced options
If you want to change the Access Control for incoming connection:
Click on the Drop-Down menu and change the settings into what you prefer.
If on the Remote site nobody sign into the computer (Windows is on the Logon screen) and you want to have full access to this computer, activate the check box
"Full access control when a partner is connection to the Windows logon screen"
If you want to change the Access Control for outgoging connection:
Click on the Drop-Down menu and change the settings into what you prefer.You can also set for incoming and outgoing connections your own access control permission. Choose Custom settings and click on "Configure".
Now you see all option and also the Drop-Down menu. Set up what you prefer.
