Locking Down My Engineers from External Logins

Hi all.

I am about to create 15 accounts for my support engineers to use to remotely connect to our client machines.

My only worry, is that you can log into the application from other locations (such as from home or using a mobile device) with their teamviewer ID, which could potentially lead to a network breach.

Is there a way for me to lock it down, so that the engineers can only log in on their designated work machine?

Many thanks in advance.

  • What about using the Black and Whitelist in the Extras - Options - Security page?   If your Engineers are behind a NAT type router configuration then just allow only the publicly veiwable IP from your work router or if each of them has a static public viewable  IP, then you would have to add all fifteen of them  to the whitelist.
