Locked out of my free account
I recently received a message that I've been locked out of my free account because of somthing having to do with a yahoo email hack.
Does anyone know a way to unlock the account?
I had to sign up for a new account in order to get access to the community. Since it is a free account there is no Teamviewer support.
Thanks.

Hi revthomas,
You just need to reset your password.

Did my reply answer your question? Why not accept it as a solution to help others?0 -
Hi Scotty,
This solution does not work because the reset email is never sent. I had to create a new account with a different email and then re-create my computer list.
I would still like to access my previous account as there are computers I couldn't address as yet.
Do you know why the reset emails are not going out. Could it be that it is because my domain is yahoo.com. I understand that some kind of hack of yahoo's servers occurred that resulted in all the accounts with a yahoo address being blocked.
Thanks,
Greg
