Teamviewer changing screen resolution back and forward

Hi, sorry to bug you all with such a simple question but I just spent the last 45 minutes searching around and haven't been able to figure this out. How do I change the default screen resolution so when I log in it always goes to the optimal resolution, as pictured here? Thanks for your help!

    Thank you, and how do I get to that screen? I hunted for 45 minutes and couldn't figure out how!
