Corporate license, how do we get customer support

Hi,

We have a corporate license and we deployed a custom host on hundreds of remote devices. Password is not required for the installation, we have checked the "grant easy access (to the corporate account)". Things went smootly until recently, we found out that we could not login remotely to 2 devices right after we installed the host onto these 2 devices. The error message was "password incorrect". We could not figure out what could happen to this 2 devices.

I am trying to get to the bottom of the problem. Can someone explain to me how the personal password is set in this case, does it mean the newly install Host will talk to TeamViewer backend and obtain a password? I see there's a PermanentPassword stored in registry. I don't know how that password gets stored.

Is there anyway we can restore the Host to its correct password remotely, with help from TeamViewer customer support?
