Raspbian x86 (deb): Can only access View Only

I just installed TemaViewer 13 on Two Windows 10 and one Raspbian x86 (Debian). 
I can remote from the Linux Debian system into both Windows 10 systems and remote control easily.

When connecting from the WIndows 10 systems I only get a View Only session.  I have tripple checked the settings on the Linux system and ensured that FULL ACCESS has been granted.  I even rebooted a couple of times.

Unfortunately, it is still View Only.  I need full remote from Windows 10 to Linux session.
