Need a service status page in the public space
Have spent ages this morning trying to work out why I cannot connect to other PCs / cannot login to my TV account.
Did a Google search for the issue and found a number of "Is the service up" sites reporting issues connecting to TV servers.
Came to the TV customer / support website ... not a hint of anything useful about service availability.
Came to the community ... login process was unresponsive (server did not respond in the expected timeframe). When it did respond* I had to jump through device authorisation approvals ... then register for the community ... then work out where service information might be ... only to find none.
*In the meantime everthing started working again.
There has to be a better way of infroming users of the server status than what is (not) done presently.
