TV meeting on Android does not connect to TV desktop

Hi All,

I have TV v13.0.5640 on a win7 installed. Yesterday I tried to initiate a TVmeeting from my desktop trying to connect to my Android Tablet and Android mobile. In both cases the connection failed as TV said that "there is a compatibility problem". I did also check that all devices have the latest version installed but this issue keeps coming. 

Any advice please? Many thanks for your help.
