I just installed TV 13 on three Windows 10 units: 1 laptop, 2 desktops. Each one, when I got into the unattended access setup, had a window on the screen which only showed it's contents when moved. After filling in the unattended password and clicking next, an Unattended Access - Step 2 of 2 window showed up which again is blank until you move it. I don't want the newsletter again but if I click in that box it doesn't show the check mark until I move it.
Restarting makes TV work OK again.
Did you release TV 13 before it was finished?
