Hi everyone,
I use teamviewer to work on a remote pc (my pc is windows 10 home while the remote windows7 enterprise) and until few days ago everything went smooth. Then, when I tried to access the remote pc with the usual credentials, I suddenly got the message "The reference account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to". I know that this usually appears when you put the wrong login password for more than 3 times but it's not my case. To be honest, this message appeared also before (randomly) but lasted at maximum 1 hour, while now my access has been denied for almost two days. Do you have any idea why?

I am experiencing the same error attempting to login via TeamViewer from Windows 11 Pro & Windows 10 Pro to their respective remote Windows 10 Pro machines. Can not determine repeatable circumstances that trigger the error. It may be during work day or late at night, indicating this does not appear to be a licensing issue and each time it has resolved without any changes being effected within a few minutes.
That said, there is considerable angst and panic created when access to essential and time, sensitive critical resources report as being denied due to "Locked Out". Not a desirable feature and want remedied post haste.
