Assisting vulnerable clients via TeamViewer

I am a health service worker and I need to be able to link quickly to a vulnerable client's PC as soon as they call me by phone (which in turn gives implicit permission to access their PC to assist them), without their needing to provide the access codes all the time. I do not have a corporate or licenced account with TeamViewer. Can anyone help point me in the right direction please?

You need to set up their Teamviewer for unattended access and enter a password you know. TIP: Also enable a secure 6 digit ramdomized password in options to allow them to still provide access to others who do not know the password
