TeamVeiwer no longer running on startup

I used to be able to access my computer remotely any time the computer was on, even if no windows profile was logged in.  After a recent TeamViewer update, (currently running 13.0.6447) it no longer seems to be running automatically at startup.  I need to have a co-worker log into my computer and start TeamViewer before I can access it remotely.
