Black screen when connecting to one of my remote computers

I am using teamviewer to remote 3 computers, one of them started displaying black screen only on connection yesterday. It was previously working fine. i can reboot and see the computer statistics but only see this black screen also after rebooting.

The 2 others are displaying fine. All of them run the same version and windows 10.
