How to change email on Business 13 license if the new email is already registered with TeamViewer ##

We recently bought TV Business 13 license under one email account.

Now we are facing an issue in activating this license on one of the computers. We get message such as tiral period expired or Upgrade to newer version despite entering the same email account as a log in on the TV application.

Note: We also purchased 2 add on channels to an existing TV Premium 13 account.

We think that using the same email account for both types of license could be causing an issue.

If that is so, then we tried to change the email account to switch to another email ID however we ran into another issue stating that the new email ID is already registered with TeamViewer.

Please advise on resolving our issue.

Please note that we are IT users who are trying to activate this license.

    Thank you for your post. 

    According to the screenshots that you kindly provided, it seems that your licence has not been activated correctly, yet. 

    We do in fact recommend using separate TeamViewer accounts if you have more than one TeamViewer licence. If you attached several licences to the same account, it would be best if you could open a ticket on our website:

    That way, our customer support can get back to you directly and help you set up your licences on different accounts.
